A wide pant with a distinctive balloon silhouette, which Aviva Jifei Xue has continued to release since the brand's early days.
The outseam draws a gentle curve, and darts below the knee on the inseam create a voluminous, three-dimensional silhouette that flows from the relaxed hip.
The Cocoon Pant was not originally made in this fabric in the collection, but as an exclusive specification for our shop, the fabric was changed and the pant was produced in an autumn/winter version with full lining.

Even when worn low on the waist, the pant is long enough to reveal the ankles, with a relaxed fit.
Unlike previously released versions, only the back of the waist is elasticated, while the front has two tucks to create volume.
Made with a heavy fabric of wool, silk and cotton, the orange-brown herringbone named Spice is a fabric with the depth characteristic of Aviva Jifei Xue.

The elasticated waist allows for stress-free wear.
The waist measurement in the size chart may look smaller than on other pants, but the elastic stretches to nearly 100cm at its maximum, so the pant can be worn comfortably by almost any body type.
When choosing, please select based on your preference for overall width and length rather than waist size.

This pant also has belt loops, which is surprisingly rare for elastic-waist pants.
As someone who is absolutely bothered by pants slipping down when a phone, wallet and the like are put in the pockets, since they are surprisingly heavy and an elastic waist alone can't hold them, I find the belt loops a modest but very welcome feature.
