A wide-leg pant with a distinctive balloon silhouette, released continuously by Aviva Jifei Xue since the brand's earliest days.
The outseam traces a gentle curve, while darts below the knee are worked into the inseam, creating a dimensional, voluminous silhouette that flows from the relaxed hip.
The Cocoon Pant was not originally made in this fabric in the original collection, but as an exclusive specification for our shop, we had the fabric changed and the pant produced with a full lining for autumn/winter.

*We have not yet photographed the Cocoon Pant in this fabric being worn, so the photos below show the same style being worn.
We hope you will use them as a reference for the silhouette and fit.

Even when worn low on the hips, the length leaves the ankles visible, with a relaxed, roomy feel.
Unlike previous releases, only the back of the waist is elasticized, while the front has two tucks to build volume.

The combination of stripes in a yarn that looks blue-black or dark gray with a herringbone whose twill direction alternates creates a distinctive look: the dimensional texture born of the weave changes how light falls depending on the viewing angle, producing shifting shadows and depth.

The elasticized waist allows for stress-free wear.
When you check the waist measurement in the size chart, it may look smaller than on other pants, but the elastic stretches to nearly 100cm at its fullest, so they can be worn by almost any body type.
When choosing, rather than going by waist size, please choose based on your preference for overall width and length.

These pants also have belt loops, which is surprisingly rare for elastic pants.
As someone who is acutely bothered by pants slipping down when a phone, wallet and the like are put in the pockets, since they are surprisingly heavy and the elastic waist alone can't hold them, I find belt loops a modest but very welcome feature.

Although the silhouette is unconventional, there's no need to overthink it: simply pair it with a shirt or jacket, or at times with long-length pieces.
This time it is offered in five different fabrics, so please choose the material and color you like best.
We highly recommend trying this piece if you are looking for a playful pair of pants.
