Return Policy

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as "the product is different from what I imagined" or any other customer-related reasons after the order has been delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

 


Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

We will accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • If the product you received is damaged, stained, or defective.
  • If you receive a different product or quantity than what you ordered.
  • If the product was damaged or lost during shipping.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any damage or defects caused by customer use or storage.

 


How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via email (email.loungesai@gmail.com) before sending anything back.

Returns or exchanges without prior notice will not be accepted, and any shipping costs incurred in such cases will be borne by the customer.

 


Return & Exchange Request Period

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product if you wish to request a return or exchange.

We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If more than 6 days have passed since the product was delivered.
  • If the product has been used.
  • If tags, accessories, or packaging are missing or damaged.
  • Sale items and made-to-order/customized products.

 


Return Shipping Address

The return shipping address will be provided after you contact us to request a return or exchange.

 


Packaging for Returns

When returning items, please repack them in the same condition and packaging as when received.

We will cover the return shipping and handling costs in cases where a return or exchange is approved.

 


Refund Method

If an exchange is not possible (e.g., due to out-of-stock items), we will issue a refund for the product price.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method selected at checkout.

 


Cooling-Off Policy

Please note that the Cooling-Off period under Japanese law does not apply to purchases made through our online store, as they are considered mail-order sales.
