Cancellations and Refunds
Once an order has been completed, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted as a general rule.
Please also note that after the product has arrived, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds for customer-convenience reasons, such as the item being "different from what you imagined," cannot be accepted either.
When Returns and Exchanges Are Possible
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases.
- If the product you purchased has a defect such as breakage or soiling
- If a product or quantity different from your order was delivered
- If damage or loss due to an accident during delivery is confirmed
* We are unable to respond to damage or soiling caused by the customer's use or storage.
Return and Exchange Procedure
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us in advance by email (email.loungesai@gmail.com).
Items sent back without prior notice cannot be accepted for return or exchange, so please take note.
In that case, the return shipping costs will also be borne by the customer.
Deadline for Return and Exchange Requests
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.
- If 6 or more days have passed since the product arrived
- If the item has been used even once
- If product tags or accessories have been lost or damaged
- Sale items and made-to-order items (including custom orders)
Return Address
We will let you know the return address after we receive your contact.
Packaging for Returns
When returning an item, please send it back in the same condition and packaging as when it arrived.
In this case, the return shipping fee and handling charges will be borne by us.
Refund Method
If an exchange is not possible (for example, because the item is out of stock), we will refund the price of the product.
Refunds will be made via the payment method selected at the time of ordering.
About the Cooling-Off System
Because our sales method falls under mail-order sales, it is not subject to the cooling-off system.
