Shipping Fees
・If your total order amount is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free nationwide.
・If it is 10,999 yen (tax included) or less, we charge a flat nationwide shipping fee of 750 yen.
Shipping Method
Depending on the product, we ship via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
*Please note that items are shipped in simple packaging.
Shipping Timing
・Ordered products are, in principle, shipped within 3 days of the order.
・The delivery date shown is the earliest possible date.
(We aim to ship the same day whenever possible, or the following day.)
*In the rare case that shipping is delayed by 3 days or more, we will announce this on our site in advance, so please check there.
Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture and Remote Islands
Shipments of perfumes and other liquid products (including body scrubs) to Okinawa Prefecture and other remote islands cannot be sent by air and will be delivered by land or sea transport instead.
For this reason, delivery may take approximately one week longer. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
About the Shipping Origin
Some products may be shipped directly from the brand to the customer's address.
In this case, please note that **the delivery information you entered when placing the order (name, address, phone number)** will be shared with the brand.
Also, if you purchase a product shipped directly from a brand together with other products, they may be shipped separately, and delivery dates may differ between shipments.
