Regarding Returned Shipments Due to Incorrect Address, Extended Absence, or Refusal of Delivery
In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, extended absence, or refusal of delivery, we will handle the matter as follows:
・We will contact you via email or other means. If you wish to have the item reshipped, you will be responsible for the actual cost of additional shipping fees (including round-trip shipping costs and payment processing fees). Once we confirm your reply and payment within 5 days of our notice, we will proceed with reshipment.
・If we do not receive a response within 6 days of our notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, or any related payment processing fees.
・If you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason, we will charge you for the actual costs incurred, including round-trip shipping, payment processing fees, and packaging material fees. Chabaのオリジナルのチャイベースは、口の中いっぱいに広がる、香り高い味わいが特徴。
甘さはかなり控えめで、鼻を抜けるスパイスの風味とネパール紅茶の渋味を感じる、飲むほどに味と香りがクセになる大人のチャイベースです。

モダンネパールレストランADIのオーナーシェフ、アディカリ・カンチャンは、その地で味わった白茶の品質の高さに心を動かされ、このお茶が世界を繋ぐ力を持つことを確信し、Chiyabaの前進となるお茶ブランドをスタートさせました。
その後、妻であるアディカリ明日美がこの物語に加わります。
彼女の人生は「旅」と共に歩んできました。
幼い頃、両親が操縦する熱気球で空を飛び、ユーラシア大陸横断の旅を繰り広げた父の話を聞きながら、外の世界への強烈な憧れを抱き続けました。
彼女の中で、旅は単なる移動や観光ではなく、人々と文化について語り合い、理解し合う手段となり、その思いがChiyabaのビジョンに込められています。
「文化を通じて人々を繋げる場を作りたい」という想いが、Chiyabaの誕生に繋がったのです。
2019年、夫婦で再びネパールの茶畑を訪れ、ヒマラヤの麓の茶畑とアジアの交易の交差点であったカトマンズを経て東京に戻り、その旅の中でChiyabaはスペシャルティティーやスパイスティーを中心としたブランドへとリブランドされました。
