Yatsuka, born from eight ingredients.
Created to capture an unknown aroma and positioned as "a scent with no clear lead," this drink unfolds in the mouth ingredient by ingredient: the refined acidity of kabosu, the fresh bitterness of ginger, the refreshing quality of sencha, and an aftertaste of sansho pepper that tingles on the tip of the tongue.
Although it was made under the concept of "don't compare, experience and decide," if we were to compare it with Kusawake and Hinata, it felt like the most complex of them.
Needless to say, in both flavor and aroma it clearly carries the character of Kusawake, and it is a bottle that fits no ordinary category.
Kusawake is a botanical syrup inspired by gin, a spirit said to be enjoyed for its aroma.
Although it is called a "botanical syrup," it is not like a sweet juice. Its delicate flavor, which brings out the taste of the ingredients, makes it a perfect non-alcoholic companion for adults spending unhurried time.
This aromatic drink is made only from natural ingredients with no additives, and is a new kind of category, different from both craft ginger ale and craft cola.
You can enjoy it the same way as a spirit: on the rocks, mixed with soda, mixed with ginger ale, or even mixed with spirits such as gin, vodka or shochu.
We also recommend it hot to warm your body on cold days or before bed.

6 months from the date of manufacture (at least 1 month remaining at the time of shipment is guaranteed)
Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool, dark place (avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool location. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible, regardless of the best-before date.)
Other
Because the ingredients are ground and used, components of the fruit and seeds may float or settle, or the color of the liquid may change, but this does not affect quality. Please shake well before drinking.
