The Harmonious Complexity of Ginger, Kabosu, Japanese Pepper, and Green Tea
Yatsuka, born from eight ingredients.
Positioned as a "scent with no clear star" in order to create an unknown aroma, this drink unfolds each ingredient in the mouth: the refined acidity of kabosu, the fresh bitterness of ginger, and the refreshing quality of sencha. The aftertaste leaves the tingling flavor of Japanese pepper (sansho) on the tip of the tongue.
Although it was created under the concept of "don't compare, experience it and decide for yourself," if we were to compare it with Kusawake and Hinata, it felt like the most complex of the three.
And needless to say, in both taste and aroma, it clearly carries the signature character of Kusawake, making it a bottle that fits no single category.
Kusawake is a botanical syrup inspired by gin, a spirit said to be enjoyed for its aroma.
Although it is called a "botanical syrup," it is not like a sweet juice. Its delicate flavor, which brings out the taste of the ingredients, makes it a non-alcoholic drink that is perfect to accompany adults spending a leisurely time.
This aromatic drink, made only from natural ingredients with no additives, is a new kind of category, different from both craft ginger ale and craft cola.
You can enjoy it just as you would a spirit: on the rocks, with soda, or with ginger ale. It can also be mixed with spirits such as gin, vodka, or shochu.

It is also recommended served hot to warm the body on cold days or before bed.
Of course you can enjoy it yourself or with your family, and because its flavor can be savored with its aroma by many people, we believe it also makes a much-appreciated hostess gift or present.
For gifting, we offer a dedicated brand gift box, so please be sure to use it together.

Together with the signature Kusawake and Hinata, which offers the sweetness and spiciness of cassia and cinnamon, this is a drink we especially encourage fragrance lovers to try at least once.
