When ordering only scent strips, the shipping fee is ¥750. You will receive a ¥750 discount coupon code via email when the scent strips are shipped (see below).
If you purchase one or more products along with scent strips, the shipping fee will be based on the total amount of your purchase, and no coupon will be issued for such orders. Please note this.
Coupon

The coupon can be used once within one month from the issue date, for the purchase of fragrance products (scent strip eligible items) on the Lounge Sai online store. It cannot be applied to items other than eligible products.
Please note that we cannot reissue coupon codes if lost after issuance.
Shipping Method
Each scent strip (mouette) is individually packaged, and the set will be delivered together (with tracking number / post-in mailbox).
If you order other products along with the scent strips, they will generally be shipped together. However, please note that if some products are shipped from different locations, the scent strips and other items may be shipped separately.
A mouillette (scent strip) is a strip of paper used to spray a fragrance on and check its scent.
[Fragrance Sample: Mouillette] is a service in which we deliver mouillettes sprayed with the scents you have chosen, so you can take your time to experience the fragrances at home.
Up to 20 types may be selected
If you wish to order more than 20 types, please place your order in several separate orders.
Maximum of 1 strip per scent
Even if you order multiple strips of one scent, only one will be delivered.
If an order does not conform to the above, we will change it on our side to conform to the above before shipping.
We do not contact you in advance of shipping in such cases, so please check the above carefully and place your order without error.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
- Free shipping for orders over ¥11,000 (tax included).
- A flat shipping fee of ¥750 (tax included) applies to orders under ¥10,999.
International Shipping
- Free shipping on international orders over ¥100,000 JPY.
- A flat shipping fee of ¥9,900 JPY applies to orders under ¥99,999 JPY.
Please note that due to shipping restrictions, fragrances, body care products and beverages cannot be shipped internationally.

Shipping to Okinawa and Remote Islands
For deliveries to Okinawa and other remote islands, fragrances and liquid products (including body scrubs) cannot be shipped by air and will be sent via ground or sea transport.
Please allow approximately one week for delivery to these areas.
Regarding Returned Shipments Due to Incorrect Address, Extended Absence, or Refusal of Delivery
In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, extended absence, or refusal of delivery, we will handle the matter as follows:
・We will contact you via email or other means. If you wish to have the item reshipped, you will be responsible for the actual cost of additional shipping fees (including round-trip shipping costs and payment processing fees). Once we confirm your reply and payment within 5 days of our notice, we will proceed with reshipment.
・If we do not receive a response within 6 days of our notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, or any related payment processing fees.
・If you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason, we will charge you for the actual costs incurred, including round-trip shipping, payment processing fees, and packaging material fees. In cases of repeated or malicious refusal, we regret to inform you that we may decline any future orders from you.

Direct Shipping from Brands
Some items may be shipped directly from the brand to your address.
In such cases, we will share your shipping information (name, address, phone number) with the brand for delivery purposes only.

MAD et LEN
MAD et LEN (pronounced “Madelen”) is a fragrance brand born in the small village of Saint-Julien-du-Verdon in the south of France.
In a small laboratory, artisans make everything by hand, down to the vessels, boxes and labels, and the scent essences are produced by distilling and extracting natural materials such as flowers, wood, stems and fruits carefully selected from around the world.
No silicone, parabens, PEG, artificial colorants or petroleum-derived ingredients are used, and no animal-derived ingredients other than beeswax.
The brand name MAD et LEN comes from the French pastry, the madeleine.
In Marcel Proust's novel In Search of Lost Time, there is an episode in which eating a madeleine (Madeleine; written as “mad.len” in the text) dipped in tea brings back memories of the past.
