When ordering only scent strips, the shipping fee is ¥750. You will receive a ¥750 discount coupon code via email when the scent strips are shipped (see below).
If you purchase one or more products along with scent strips, the shipping fee will be based on the total amount of your purchase, and no coupon will be issued for such orders. Please note this.

The coupon can be used once within one month from the issue date, for the purchase of fragrance products (scent strip eligible items) on the Lounge Sai online store. It cannot be applied to items other than eligible products.

Scent strips will be individually wrapped for each fragrance and delivered together via NekoPos (with tracking number / delivered by post).
If you order other products along with the scent strips, they will generally be shipped together. However, please note that if some products are shipped from different locations, the scent strips and other items may be shipped separately.
A scent strip is a piece of paper used to spray fragrance on in order to test and confirm the scent.
Ordering Information for Scent Strips

Even if multiple strips of the same fragrance are ordered, only one will be shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
- Free shipping for orders over ¥11,000 (tax included).
- A flat shipping fee of ¥750 (tax included) applies to orders under ¥10,999.
International Shipping
- Free shipping on international orders over ¥80,000 JPY.
- A flat shipping fee of ¥7,700 JPY applies to orders under ¥79,999 JPY.
Please note that due to shipping restrictions, fragrances, body care products and beverages cannot be shipped internationally.

Shipping to Okinawa and Remote Islands
For deliveries to Okinawa and other remote islands, fragrances and liquid products (including body scrubs) cannot be shipped by air and will be sent via ground or sea transport.
Please allow approximately one week for delivery to these areas.
Direct Shipping from Brands
Some items may be shipped directly from the brand to your address.
In such cases, we will share your shipping information (name, address, phone number) with the brand for delivery purposes only.
If you order items that are shipped directly from the brand alongside other products, they may arrive separately and on different dates.

MAD et LEN
MAD et LEN(マドエレン)は、南フランスの小さな村「サン・ジュリアン・デュ・ヴェルドン」で生まれたフレグランスブランドです。
小さなラボでは、職人が器や箱、ラベルにいたる細部まで、ひとつひとつ「手作業」で生産し、香りのエッセンスは世界各地から厳選した花や木、茎、実などの天然素材を蒸留抽出して生産。
シリコン、パラベン、PEG、人工の着色料、石油成分は使用せずミツロウ以外の動物由来成分も不使用です。
ブランド名のMAD et LENはフランス焼き菓子の「マドレーヌ」に由来しています。
マルセル・プルースト著『失われた時を求めて」という物語に、紅茶に浸したマドレーヌ(Madeleine:文中はmad.lenと記載)を食べたことで過去の記憶がよみがえるというエピソードがあります。
後に、味覚や臭覚からその時の記憶や感情を思い出すことを“プルースト効果”と呼ぶようになった有名なシーンであり、ブランドの世界観や調香の礎になっています。
