The Try-On Service is available for customers within Japan only.
For items labeled "Try-On Available" on the product page, we offer a service that allows you to try them on at home before deciding to keep them. If the size or fit isn't right, you may request a return or size exchange.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before using this service.
How It Works
- Add the item you wish to try on to your cart as usual.
- In the Order Notes section, write "Try-On Request".
- Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
- Once your order arrives, please try on the item indoors only.
- If you wish to return or exchange the item, contact us via email (email.loungesai@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your order.
- For returns, please ensure the item is in its original condition — including all tags, packaging, and accessories — and send it to the return address we provide via email.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items eligible for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
- The Try-On Service is available for customers within Japan only.
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unworn (except for trying on indoors), and free from stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), damage, or signs of use.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included and intact.
- Repeated try-ons and returns of the same item may not be accepted.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Returns sent without prior notice.
- Items that show signs of use, stains, damage, or odors.
- Missing or damaged tags, packaging, or accessories.
- Made-to-order (custom-order) items.
- Non-clothing items such as fragrances or hygiene products.
Once we confirm that the item meets these conditions, we will proceed with a refund or size exchange.
About Resizing
If your item doesn't fit perfectly after trying it on, we also offer custom resizing (alterations).
For example, we can adjust sleeve or hem lengths to better suit your measurements.
Because ready-to-wear sizing may not fit everyone perfectly, we encourage you to consider resizing options to enjoy your item comfortably for years to come.

A model of Aviva Jifei Xue's Drill Pant, made as a special order for our shop.
A straight silhouette with a flap-covered coin pocket. In the collection it was released in a different fabric, but we have changed it to a cotton-linen fabric in the color named Raisin, which we have come to love very much this season.
This distinctive fabric layers a herringbone with stripes woven on a dobby loom.
A dobby loom is a specialized loom that finely controls the movement of the warp threads to express intricate patterns through weaving.
The combination of stripes in a thread that looks like either blue-black or dark gray, with a herringbone whose twill direction changes, creates a distinctive look. The three-dimensional texture of the woven relief changes how light falls on it from every angle, producing depth and shadow.
The original specification was unlined, but we have had it fully lined with the soft cotton-silk fabric that Aviva Jifei Xue uses as a staple.
This lining fabric is so soft and light that everyone who tries it on lets out a sigh of delight at how good it feels against the skin. Whether or not you choose these pants, we hope you will try it on at least once.
In addition, the original size felt slightly longer than what we consider the ideal length, so we had the inseam made 3cm shorter than usual.
We think this makes the length easier to wear for a wider range of people.
That said, these are full-length, long pants, so we also offer hemming if needed.
We work with an artisan who partners with our shop for alterations, so please contact us if you would like this done.
The color is a subtly muted shade that can look like either a deep purple or a brown.
With each season, we feel that the skill of applying such exquisitely nuanced colors across different materials is one of the charms of Aviva Jifei Xue.

In this fabric, we also have the Double Breasted Overcoat, newly released for AW26, so a coat-and-pants set-up that looks sharp and put together is also a fantastic option.
A beautiful full-length straight pant with an almost untapered straight silhouette, neither too slim nor too wide.
At first glance they may look like ordinary pants, but the presence of this fabric, the flap-covered coin pocket on the right side that also serves as an accent, and the welt pockets at the back give them the distinctive craft quality that is characteristic of Aviva.
For anyone looking for a pair that is ordinary, yet with a twist.
