The Try-On Service is available for customers within Japan only.
For items labeled "Try-On Available" on the product page, we offer a service that allows you to try them on at home before deciding to keep them. If the size or fit isn't right, you may request a return or size exchange.
Please read the following guidelines carefully before using this service.
How It Works
- Add the item you wish to try on to your cart as usual.
- In the Order Notes section, write "Try-On Request".
- Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
- Once your order arrives, please try on the item indoors only.
- If you wish to return or exchange the item, contact us via email (email.loungesai@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your order.
- For returns, please ensure the item is in its original condition — including all tags, packaging, and accessories — and send it to the return address we provide via email.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items eligible for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
- The Try-On Service is available for customers within Japan only.
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unworn (except for trying on indoors), and free from stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), damage, or signs of use.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included and intact.
- Repeated try-ons and returns of the same item may not be accepted.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Returns sent without prior notice.
- Items that show signs of use, stains, damage, or odors.
- Missing or damaged tags, packaging, or accessories.
- Made-to-order (custom-order) items.
- Non-clothing items such as fragrances or hygiene products.
Once we confirm that the item meets these conditions, we will proceed with a refund or size exchange.
About Resizing
If your item doesn't fit perfectly after trying it on, we also offer custom resizing (alterations).
For example, we can adjust sleeve or hem lengths to better suit your measurements.
Because ready-to-wear sizing may not fit everyone perfectly, we encourage you to consider resizing options to enjoy your item comfortably for years to come.

From Aviva Jifei Xue, the Double Breasted Overcoat debuts as a new AW26 style, here made as an exclusive custom order for our shop.
Based on the traditional double-breasted overcoat, it has the very generous silhouette characteristic of Aviva Jifei Xue, and the wide lapels give it a refined, understated look.
The back also has plenty of fabric volume, with a deep-cut single vent.
The straight, short sleeves that continue from the dropped shoulders are reminiscent of a kimono, and in practice they suit a wide range of body types.

The fabric is not a heavy one built to withstand midwinter, but thanks to the generous body width and wide armholes, it can be worn comfortably even layered over a thick knit or a jacket.
Worn with layers underneath, it should be perfectly adequate for winters in places like the Kanto region, excluding especially cold areas, and I think it is actually just right for the winters we have had recently.
The length is full length, the longest of all the long coats we have carried at our shop so far.
The way the fabric enveloping the whole body makes the coat sway with each step is very elegant and full of atmosphere.

This time it is a custom order with a changed fabric: the style was made in a different fabric in the collection, and we asked for it to be made in the raisin cotton linen fabric that we liked so much in AW26, the same one used for the Drill Pant.
It is a distinctive fabric in which stripes woven on a dobby loom overlay a herringbone.
A dobby loom is a specialized loom that finely controls the movement of the warp threads to express intricate patterns through weaving.
The combination of stripes in a thread that looks like either blue-black or dark gray with a herringbone whose twill runs in different directions creates a distinctive look: the three-dimensional texture of the woven relief changes how light falls on it depending on the viewing angle, producing shadows and depth.
The color is an exquisitely refined shade that can look like either deep purple or brown.
The lining is a fully lined cotton silk that is a staple for Aviva Jifei Xue and feels pleasant against the skin.
The buttons are likewise the signature brown horn buttons.
When the collar is worn upright, it can be fastened with a button, which changes the mood of the same coat in an instant.
It is also a welcome practical touch that it protects the neck from the winter cold.

The Drill Pant in the same fabric is also available, so wearing the coat and pants together as a set-up is of course recommended, but it is also a piece that looks great worn on its own, a leading player of the autumn and winter.
