A light floral musk, clear as ice
From the KAKIGORI (shaved ice) scent collection, White Crush expresses the ice itself.
Along with the transparency of ice, it's a delicate, refined light floral musk with a hint of coldness.
It's like wearing the very idea of cleanness; you're wrapped less in a "scent" than in an "air".
It's one of OBVIOUS's popular scents; in other words, few people dislike it, so it has an all-round quality for any occasion.
It has very little of that "I'm wearing perfume" presence and can be used cleanly in many settings and by any gender, so it's often chosen by those seeking a perfume for work and by beginners.
Like pouring syrup over shaved ice, layering Plum Cream or Dulce de Leche from the same series, or any scent you own, over a White Crush base gives the blend a lightness: highly recommended.
White Crush expresses in scent the ice itself, the heart of kakigori: natural mineral-water ice crushed so finely it recalls snow. Its purity and transparency are captured in scent, and a soft trail of iris and white musk brings out the grace within the ice.

All is fleeting and beautiful: a homage to that single moment
OBVIOUS turned to Japan, the "Land of the Rising Sun", and in particular to the culture of kakigori: snow from Mount Fuji was once carefully gathered to cool the upper classes in summer. Finely shaved natural ice topped with fruit, tea, syrup or condensed milk, this fleeting, poetic sweet is the very symbol of passing beauty.
Through OBVIOUS's unique, bold challenge of reinterpreting kakigori as scent, three fragrances were born, beautiful alone or layered. Like a kakigori you taste through scent, each has its own character, and layering them creates new expressions: a new olfactory sensation.

White Crush is a pure, transparent scent recalling fine, snow-white ice that once enchanted the imperial family and nobility. Iris and rose over delicate white musk give the feeling of being wrapped in a frozen, innocent world.
