About Our Try-On Service
For items whose product pages are marked "Try-on available," we offer a service that allows returns or size exchanges after trying the item on at home.
Once your order arrives, please try it on, and if the size or look is not right for you, you may request a return or a size exchange.
Please read the details below carefully before using this service.
How to Use (Steps)
- Order as usual. Add the items you would like to your cart.

Write "Try-on request" in the notes field in your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and confirm your order.
- After your item arrives, please try it on indoors.

Whether you wish to return the item, exchange it for a different size, or keep it, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of the item's arrival by email ( email.loungesai@gmail.com) or through the chat on our site.
- If you wish to return the item, please restore it to the same condition as when it was delivered (including tags and accessories) and send it to the return address we will provide.
* Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Returns and exchanges of items you have tried on are accepted only if the following conditions are met.
- The try-on service is available only to customers in Japan.
- Please be sure to contact us within 3 days of the item's arrival.
- Apart from trying the item on indoors, it must be unworn, and free of stains, odors (including perfume and tobacco), damage, and signs of use.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be complete and undamaged.
- We may be unable to accept repeated try-ons or returns of the same item.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.
- If the item is sent back without prior contact
- If there are signs of use, stains, damage, or odors
- If tags, packaging, or accessories are missing or damaged
- Made-to-order or pre-order items
- Items other than clothing, such as perfume and hygiene products
After we confirm the above conditions, we will proceed with your refund or size exchange.
About Size Alterations
If the size is not a perfect fit after trying it on, we also offer alterations (size adjustments). For example, we can adjust the sleeve length or hem length to your measurements.
Ready-made clothing sizes do not necessarily fit everyone perfectly. To enjoy your clothing comfortably for a long time, please consider having it altered.
