A Request for Your Cooperation for Our Pop-Up

Thank you very much for visiting the first day of the Lounge Sai Osaka pop-up today, September 9.

We are all delighted to have met so many of you from the very first day.

We are already looking forward to meeting even more of you this Saturday and Sunday.

As the title suggests, there is something we would like to ask of those of you who will be visiting, so that your shopping at this pop-up and at our future events can be as comfortable as possible.

Rather than concerning pieces you can take home on the spot, this request is mainly for those considering pieces that will be delivered at a later date, for reasons such as made-to-order production or sold-out in-store stock.

At this event, that includes, for example:

  • Made-to-order items from DseconD's 2023 Spring/Summer collection
  • All KEI SHIGENAGA pieces
  • Some large items from KYKds Products.
  • Out-of-stock items from Liquides Imaginaires

For those of you considering items such as these, we kindly ask that, wherever possible, before visiting the venue you use this link to register a Lounge Sai account in advance.

Those of you who have placed a made-to-order request with Lounge Sai before will know that we asked you to enter your delivery address and other details as the destination for your piece.

At checkout, you were asked to enter your delivery details on our tablet or computer, but registering on a device you are not used to using on the spot took a little time and effort, and we always felt sorry about that.

Under our previous procedure, repeat customers also had to enter their delivery information every time they shopped, just like first-time customers, and we were very sorry to cause you that trouble and time each visit. From now on, once you have created an online shop account, you will no longer need to enter your delivery information at the venue at the time of payment, and we can also shorten the waiting time for payment when it is crowded.
At the same time, it will make our staff's work more efficient, from the event itself through to the delivery of your piece.

For these reasons, we envisage the specific flow for ordering made-to-order pieces from now on as follows.

  1. Link or the account screen at the bottom of the Lounge Sai Online menu, and register an account.
  2. Register your delivery details via the My Account page at the bottom of the menu, or via this link.
  3. At checkout, our staff will send payment instructions to your account's email address.
  4. Check the contents of your order in the email, and complete your payment and order on your own smartphone.
  5. When you order other pieces as a repeat customer at a later event (provided your registered details have not changed), we will send the order details to your account at checkout, and the payment and order procedure will be completed smoothly and without any hassle.
This is the flow we have in mind. Put simply, after seeing the sample pieces in person in the store, you complete your order online through your own smartphone, following the instructions you are given. It is a little complicated to explain in words, and I apologize that however I describe it, it ends up sounding unclear.

What we actually want to ask is very simple: "If you register an account before visiting, the process becomes easier for you, and it is also a great help to us at the venue!" However, we thought it would be difficult to simply ask you to register, so we have explained it in writing.

Registering an account does not oblige you to make a purchase, nor will you be unable to purchase if you do not register, but we believe that if you experience the whole flow when you place an order at the venue, you will get a sense of what we have in mind.

I am writing this during the event, so I apologize for the length and the rough writing. In any case, if you plan to visit on the second and third days in Osaka (tomorrow and the day after), or at the Tokyo event next weekend, we would be most grateful for your cooperation in registering in advance.
