About Fragrance Samples (Tester Strip)

Scent strips are papers used to spray fragrance on for the purpose of testing and confirming the scent.

Scent Strips Ordering Information

• Limit of 1 strip per fragrance.
  Even if multiple strips of the same fragrance are ordered, only one will be shipped.

• Limit of up to 20 fragrance choices.
  If more than 20 fragrances are selected, an additional shipping fee of ¥750 will be added for every set of 20 strips. Please be aware of this when placing your order.

• If an order is placed that does not align with the conditions above, we will adjust the order to meet the stated guidelines and ship accordingly. Please note that we will not contact you before shipping, so kindly ensure that you review the information and place your order correctly.

• Even if multiple orders are placed, the products will be consolidated and shipped in a single package.

 

Shipping Fees

• For orders containing only scent strips, the shipping fee is ¥750. A ¥750 discount coupon for shipping will be emailed to you when the scent strips are shipped (see below for details).
• When ordering one or more products in addition to the scent strips, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the total amount of the order, and no coupon will be issued.

Coupons

• For orders containing only scent strips, a ¥750 coupon code will be emailed to you when the scent strips are shipped.
• The coupon can be used for a single purchase of fragrance items (valid only for scent strip-compatible products) within a month of the coupon's issuance. It cannot be applied to purchases of non-relevant products.
• We are unable to reissue lost coupon codes. Please ensure that you keep the code safe.

Please note that in some cases, the email containing the coupon code or shipping notification may be blocked due to your email provider’s settings. If you do not receive the email, please check your settings and contact us.

 

Shipping Method

• Each scent strip will be individually packaged for each fragrance and shipped via NekoPos (with tracking number / post-in mailbox).
• If scent strips are ordered together with other products, the scent strips will generally be included with the main products. However, in some cases, the shipping sources may differ, and the Scent Strips and other products may be shipped separately.
