Refund & Return Policy for International Orders

We do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.
Additionally, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as "the product is different from what I imagined" or any other customer-related reasons after the item has been delivered. Thank you for your understanding.




Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

We will accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • If the product you received is damaged, stained, or defective.
  • If you receive a different product or quantity from what you ordered.
  • If the product is damaged or lost during shipment.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product has been damaged or stained by the customer.

 



Return & Exchange Process

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us via email (email.loungesai@gmail.com) within 5 days of receiving the product.
Returns or exchanges without prior notice will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred in such cases.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If more than 6 days have passed since the product was delivered.
  • If the product has been used or opened (except in the case of defects).

If your return or exchange request is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address by email.
Please return the item in the same condition and packaging as when received.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping and handling costs.

  

If Exchange Is Not Possible

If we are unable to provide a replacement due to stock availability, we will issue a refund for the product price.

 



Shipping, Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections or other unforeseen reasons; cancellations or refunds will not be accepted for such delays.
  • In the case of loss or damage during shipment, we will respond based on the investigation by the shipping carrier. Please note that it may take time for the investigation to be completed.

 



Important Notes

  • Please note that minor scratches, scuffs, or dents on the outer packaging during international shipping are not considered defects if the product itself is not damaged.
  • By placing an order, you are considered to have agreed to this policy.
